Class Descriptions

As you will see our classes are open to all levels because we are passionate about providing a space that is welcoming to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Our teachers will demonstrate poses and exercises at a variety of levels so you can find a space to take it to where you feel comfortable. We believe that “if you can breathe you can do yoga, fitness, or any other modality!”

Of course, if you have an injury or ailment that is of concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us to see what class may be best to start with.

Class Descriptions: All Levels Welcome!

Gentle Flow/flow:

This class is taught by alternating teachers, each bringing her own unique style to the practice. With Erin and Sonya, you will be led through a Gentle Flow yoga practice, that will move at a slower pace. With Kim and Meg, you can expect more of a vinyasa style flow, that consists of more continuous flow connecting the breath. Each class encourages an awareness of linking the movement with the breath as you move through the poses. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace.

hatha flow:

This class integrates movement and breath modalities from a variety of yoga styles into a creative and dynamic, slower paced flow. In this class you can expect an emphasis on anatomy and engaging sequences; including modifications and options for advanced practitioners. There is a playful vibe as students move through intermittent moments of intensity, strength, and balance with time for flexibility in-between. All levels and abilities are welcome, and will be accommodated.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga:

This class will consist of seated, standing and supine (lying down) poses to target the whole body. You will warm up from head to toe and then flow through postures at your pace encouraging you to connect with your breath. Each class will aim to improve flexibility, balance and strength, encouraging students to “play in the poses” and listen to where their body is telling them to be. We will end each class with relaxation to center and find more openness in the mind.

power flow

Like Flow Yoga this class will consist of seated, standing and supine (lying down) poses to target the whole body. However, poses may be held a bit longer or may encourage you to push a bit more to find that ignite the muscles and fire you up inside and out. You’ll find a light-hearted blend of challenging yoga styles focused on alignment, breath work and self-inquiry.

Mindful Flow Yoga

This class will focus on mindfulness as you move through each pose with control and awareness. It will be similar to a vinyasa flow class with sequences at varying paces to build strength through mindful transitions.  You will experience newfound confidence as you increase strength in body, mind, and spirit. All levels and abilities welcome.

This is a low impact exercise class fusing together yoga, pilates, ballet and weights. By focusing on supporting muscles and concentrated movements we help sculpt and shape! Each class will include standing, kneeling and seated movements targeting the legs, the arms and the core. We will wrap up each class with gentle stretches to improve flexibility and relax for a moment to calm the mind.

Have you ever heard of a Kettlebell? KB’s are used by everyone from Hollywood celebs to Professional Athletes to help them get in fantastic shape, shed body fat and tone up WITH OUT adding mounds of muscle. In this hour-long class, you will learn the ins and outs of how to use a Kettlebell – from how to hold it (it’s not a dumbbell!) to how to perform the 5 basic moves of KB’s PERFECTLY! We will then move through a guided sequence to build strength and mobility.


Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.  You’ll have a blast burning calories as you experience salsa, mambo, merengue, samba, and more.  Just keep moving and enjoy the music!
