Thai yoga bodywork is an ancient healing practice where the practitioner uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet in a full body treatment along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines to increase circulation to facilitate the better flow of oxygen and nutrients to your tissues. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and physical and mental well being.
